How will I know if my appointment is secured?When you send in a request for an appointment, you will recieve a reply notifying you if your date and time requested is available. You will also recieve instructions on how to prepay for your service to secure the appointment. Before you prepay for your appointment please note that all prepaid appoinments are nonrefundable nor transferable to another date.

Can I secure an appointment without prepaying?No. Appointments are only secured once the date and time has been approved and payment has been made and recieved.

How will I know if my payment was recieved?You will recieve a receipt of payment email.

Can I cancel my appointment?Yes. You can cancel your appointment. However, before you prepay for your appointment please note that all prepaid appoinments are nonrefundable nor transferable to another date. Bridal and Special Occasions contracts have a differenct cancellation policy. That information can be found on your contract.

I want to learn how to put makeup on. Do you offer lessons?Yes. Lessons are available to anyone who wants to learn how to put on makeup or how to apply it to other people. Can I wear makeup with my eyelash extensions?Yes. There is nothing wrong with wearing makeup with your eyelash extensions. Just be sure to avoid the lash line and whenever possible, use oil-free makeup remover. Do note that it is not up to the artist to maintain your lashes; it is upto you. Makeup can disturb the longevity of your lashes.

What is your Covid19 policy?All appointments are booked by the client being honest that they are Covid free and have not been in contact with anyone who has the virus. The Artist will follow any protocols put in place by the Govenment of the day, inlcuding but not limited to: Shelter in Place, Lock-downs, mask wearing, etc. Please see cancellation policies before paying for any appointments.
